Pros

Pros: Dress up days and that's literally it

Cons

You are hired as a designer but you are expected to play all roles such as the plumber, electrician, the delivery man, and the IT when stuff breaks down, all because CEO doesn't want to pay a professional. When you aren't able to fix the problem, instead of saying something like "Thanks for trying" CEO gets angry at you and expects you to solve the problem by googling or watching you tube tutorials. Let's not get started on the broken down facilities that aren't to code standards. The factory is a mess! The compensation plan is so inconsistent its ridiculous. Employees fighting over who gets the commission and management never steps in, it's like they enjoy gossiping about it and seem to enjoy the drama. So many people were let go, they had to hire a lot of temps at the factory- even they walked out after a few days! So nobody knew what was going on with our orders in production!

Pros

This is genuinely the best job I have ever had. From the very beginning, the hiring process was wonderful, and it only got better from there. The compensation is highly competitive, with very fair salaries and a great commission structure. The benefits are also phenomenal, including excellent insurance and fantastic employee perks. Beyond the pay, the culture is unmatched. I love our B-corp values and the strong presence of female leadership. Management is incredibly supportive, and I absolutely love my team. As a Showroom Manager, I also appreciate the high level of creative freedom we are given, alongside abundant opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any negative things to say. Because there are so many creative opportunities and growth happening, it can occasionally get busy and fast-paced, but the team always supports each other.

Pros

Beautiful product, friendly people, loyal customers

Cons

Conflicting messages from management, the CEO's way or the highway, poor management, company caters to production workers, no interest or budget to invest in tools to help support functions do their jobs better. Employee favoritism, "office" not a conducive working environment, on-boarding needs major work and accusatory management. Leadership team almost cult-like. Company claims to be so family friendly. In reality, it's not. Low pay
