I was really apprehensive to leave feedback due to the fact that the CEO is going crazy trying to figure out who's been leaving all these negative ones, he's been asking people to go in and leave positive feedback, but the truth of the matter is, that he's the only one that thinks this place is amazing. We've all talked about it and no one really is in love with this place as much as he wishes we would be. I'm sure that if he finds out who is leaving negative feedback he will certainly fire them, just like he's fired all those people who have not agreed with him or who he has felt threatened by in one way or another. The Chief Ceramicist is one to blame too. Going around asking people to leave positive feedback just so the CEO feels better about himself. How ridiculous is that?! The CEO is throwing a temper tantrum like a child therefore he must be given a treat to make him happy. I'm hoping we don't have to sit down and have another awkward meeting about all these reviews, which actually has made us all realize that this place is really not what it's painted to be. I've heard a lot of good hard working employees have been let go for the weirdest reasons, I'm surprised no one has come back to sue the company for wrongful termination. Personally, I'm already looking for a new job because of all this, the CEO is not what I thought he was and he's clearly showing the bad side everyone has been talking about lately.
