I really liked my boss and they had no idea.

I don’t take this review lightly, as high level operator and emerging exec who has moved on to something far... faaaarrr… significantly, better: 60-70% of the company was called into a zoom that lasted roughly 90 seconds, in the least emotionally intelligent delivery one could possibly manifest, we were all let go. With an absolute TON of money in the bank, they retained a couple dozen engineers and 1-2 ops people, and cut everyone loose - blaming “AI”.. for a company that couldn’t craft an AI narrative if it literally slapped itself in the face.. in the midst of the largest picks and shovels play since f-ing 1849.
