Nothing specific, they just give you a job that's it. Also only if you are studying from their own coaching centre that is QSpiders or JSpiders. From market they never Hire.
Cons
1- DOnt care about employess 2- Pay is bare minimum 3- Hike is given after 14-15 months 4- Only lie about big dreams but nothing practica. 5- Management itself is highly unprofessional. 6- They cheat their clients 7- Their product is not even average compared to other competitors like TestSigma
