Owners are do'ers and want to get it done no matter what. Whatever you need, you'll have within a couple days max. The other field techs are also well versed in their field. Paid weekly. Decent insurance
Cons
Expect 50+ hours a week and no praise. You'll do the work while someone else gets credit. Office staff weren't receptive to our notes for improvement to help us in the field. No 401k. They hire those who have 0 experience for higher up positions.
