      Pros

      Really supportive employer, flexibility in hours, encourages walking meetings, free hot lunches, fruit, drinks, really friendly colleagues, beautiful building and grounds. Lots of training and development opportunities and great communication.

      Cons

      Small friendly company which is great to work for but not as many prospects for promotion as a large business, great culture though.

      Pros

      By far the best place I’ve worked in over 17 years of teaching. Supportive, friendly and quirky. You really feel you’re making a difference to people’s lives, rather than feeling like part of the problem in larger institutions creaking under the weight of anonymity.

      Cons

      As with all smaller workplaces, you need to get on with all personalities, as it’s not big enough to avoid anyone, and lots of people have multiple roles. Workload is high.
