Fios Genomics Response
2yMany thanks for taking the time to write the review. From the comments above I can see this was a fairly unique set of circumstances so I can tell that the dates, length and job title of your employment are incorrect. What is true however is that you clearly had a negative experience during your time with us which is unfortunate. Many of our employees have moved from abroad to join Fios, particularly before covid and our hybrid working and its a responsibility we take very seriously. We certainly do not underestimate the commitment of people who move countries and uproot families to join us and this is reflected in the thorough interview process. We wouldn't expect anyone to move families to another country on the basis of 1 or 2 x 60 min meetings so its important we all try and gauge the fit as best we can on both sides. The situation you describe above of being invited to a meeting and then asked to leave was the process when someone has failed their 6 month probation period and is dismissed from their role. This is not a course of action we take likely however 6 months with clear goals and objectives, progress reviews and feedback from managers is enough time to assess if someone is likely to deliver in their role and unfortunately this was not the case here. I hope in the last 5 years you have found a role suited to your abilities and experience and I'm sorry things did not work out at Fios.
