Pros
One of the things I’ve most enjoyed about working here is feeling supported by coworkers and managers. Being surrounded by people who are willing to help me, even if they can only spare a few moments to point me in the right direction, has been invaluable. I’ve understood who I can look to for help on certain things, but more importantly, I’ve felt like it was okay to ask for it. One of the other things I’ve really enjoyed about working at the company is being presented with opportunities to help other people. Whether it’s to help a client or a coworker, being put in a position of responsibility is empowering. I feel like my input has been valued by others. The company also tries its best to set employees up for success - there are lots of opportunities to learn new things. I was hired not knowing many of the programming languages being used, and the company trained me to use them.
