      The Team is very proactive. There are a lot of things to do and learn here.

      The CEO doesn't know how to threat their employees at the time I was in the engineering team dissolved because didn't want to deal with him anymore.

      - Learn a lot from experienced members of the team - Ability to work from SF and NY offices as well as working remotely - Given a lot of responsibility - Rewarded for good work - Helpful in moving from abroad

      - Small team (although growing) can cause the workload to be pretty heavy with long hours
