      Pros

      Amazing waste of time. This company will drag you along the recruiting process, until they eventually schedule you for a call, not show up, and tell you that they hired someone else.

      Cons

      The CEO and his team rescheduled over and over and completely ignored and dismissed my candidacy. The most unprofessional recruiting experience I have ever had. I highly suggest that Finvoice and the CEO conduct research on how to properly recruit and retain talent.

      - Learn a lot from experienced members of the team - Ability to work from SF and NY offices as well as working remotely - Given a lot of responsibility - Rewarded for good work - Helpful in moving from abroad

      Cons

      - Small team (although growing) can cause the workload to be pretty heavy with long hours
