Great colleagues, really helpful on the ground level. Great place for a junior to learn a lot about the technology.
Cons
Confusion on all level on strategy, vision, product... Constantly changing direction and a definite differentiation based on how close you sit to the management/Bucharest office. No honesty about what we can and what we can do - dreaming. No internal promotion of talent, constant hire from the market to fill positions.
