Very strict in following company rules and good business practices

Well, I could not find any positive thing about my job with them. Nothing is good. Read below for more details.

Lot of problems: 1. No communication. No response to emails, phone calls from company employees/HR. 2. No paper work. Forget about your paystubs, W-2. 3. Facilities - none. 4. Renumeration - Won't even pay you whatever was agreed upon in agreement. No payment of accrued PTOs. Overall, not a good company to work for. You will always feel, you are doing something illegal. Employees are always kept under dark.
