      You get to learn a lot there and the work environment is good. You get to learn a lot of new technologies.

      Cons

      You cannot work from home. All work has to be done in office. The amenities available in the office are pretty less. Only tea is served.

      Pros

      Being a startup which it is, you'd be able to dive straight into their product development from day one. Office hours are flexible. Management is cordial, not a lot of pressure. Senior development staff is willing to help if you get stuck somewhere.

      Being a small company, you will be able to work on production application from the start. You will have an opportunity to work under some experienced folks.

      Cons

      As its a small company compensation is low. There are no work benefits provided.
