      Pros

      Great team of co workers, basically family. Pay is fantastic along with the benefits. 14 on 14 off shifts are a really good if you like to have periods of time off

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy company. Management makes some ridiculous decisions randomly.

      Good and hard working employees for the most part, standard industry benefits and great business model for growth

      Cons

      Many changes within BP&S team in the past few months without leadership or strategic approach; Hiring and keeping expensive contractors instead of keeping knowledgable employees. The CIO acts as a bully and there is no oversight on his costly decisions and the chaos he has created. He was given the ultimate authority by the past leadership team and since they have left Finning, the new leadership team has not assessed CIO’s negative impact and outcomes so far. Moral is low and BP&S employees seem lost while the new CIO brings in more of his people on high paid roles and contracts.
