They are a very good company

may be they reduce the working hous

Finnair excellent leadership/management. Always understanding yet efficient and respectful. Better than any company I've worked for yet. Another pro is good pay. Average starting salary but a very high ceiling, which is more important.

The cons mainly have to do with schedule inflexibility. My work/life balance was not where I wanted it to be and that is a main reason for my leaving. Other than that I can't really think of anything else.
