Pros

I had an enriching experience with FinKraft AI over the past three months. This journey provided tremendous learning opportunities, enabling me to acquire new skills and knowledge. Working on real-world projects enhanced my understanding of both technical aspects and team collaboration. The exposure to new ideas and practical implementations broadened my technical horizon, while the experience of working within a team highlighted the importance of effective communication and collaboration.

Cons

1. Steep Learning Curve: The initial phase was challenging due to the complexity of new technologies. 2. Time Management: Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines was sometimes difficult. 3. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there were limited resources or documentation for specific issues. 4. Coordination Challenges: Aligning schedules and communication across the team could be improved. 5. Technical Hiccups: Encountered some technical glitches during deployment that required significant troubleshooting time.

Pros

1. Nill (I can only say that there is scope to make this place better if that's your job)

Cons

Whosoever is thinking to join this org because of any personal or professional adversities and you need a job very desperately - PLEASE DONT The ratings on the Glassdoor are too much for them. 0 empathy 0 vision to make it an organisation rather than just a business. 0 structure 0 policies 0 flexibility 0 respect/value Overall it's a mess for anyone who's highly professional with their work. You can't survive here.
