Past that point, they are open to ideas you would like to consider and will provide the resources you need to succeed. The company atmosphere is great and everyone has a shared interest in overall success. Not only as individuals, but as a company. There are also plenty of outside the work place team bonding activities.
Cons
Long hours up front, which can be expected in this industry. As long as you approach the position with a long term mindset and stay focused this is a great career.
