Pros
Finit is a consulting firm unlike any other I have experienced. I find our partners to be true to the values on which Finit is built. Despite the normal challenges that come along with a widely-spread workforce, Finit manages to cultivate a true sense of community among the employees. I find myself challenged in a safe environment where it is okay to take a risk and learn from my mistakes. Finit feels like a family and a family-oriented company. They make work-life balance a priority, they invest time and money into their employees' development, and they strive to deliver the best experience to the customer.
Cons
As a busy consulting firm, sometimes everyone is just busy. If you want / need more guidance, sometimes you have to be comfortable asking for it. It is never frowned upon to ask, but is not always proactively provided.
