      Pros

      30% employee discount, very casual dress code. (shorts or jeans and a tee shirt) Got to wear sneakers everyday to work. There are alot of tools to measure employee performance.

      Cons

      48 hours work week (more during BTS & Xmas). Majority of employees are HS & College students. Conversion. Conversion. Conversion. Limited ability to move up within the company if you are not relocatable.
