      Pros

      Open to new ideas in the market place. Executive team is very approachable. Company is currently intinating work/life balance which is nice. Compensation is good.

      Cons

      Workload is intense with very short turn around times. Every project is a fire which usually points to bad planning on part of the leadership team.
