Pendulum swings greatly from one focus to another quickly and seemingly without reason. Upper management changed recently and has "cleansed" itself of a lot of the talent that grew this company and made it great. Store managers and store level associates are expected to do far more than is humanly possible given the payroll constraints placed on them. Performance metrics are continually added but none are ever dropped which attempts to make an "everything is vital" type of environment. Stay away.
