You can't argue with 30% everything, including sales. For people who need to stay busy, this place will keep you occupied
Cons
The pay is awful for everything they expect you to accomplish. There's tons of sales goals and weekly standards that must be met. Also, don't expect any opportunities to actually excel within the company because management would rather hire fresh college grads with no drive over hardworking individuals sans degree.
