Pros

30% discount Flexible hours with college schedule but mainly because there are no hours given

Cons

Tons of favoritism. I am always at the top in store sales rankings yet I only get 4 hours a week. Dishonest and extremely unprofessional management. Sales associates are treated like dirt. Management will tell sales associates to do whatever the management doesn't want to do while the management sits there and texts or talks on the phone to friends. Terrible training. My first day I got brought in on a Saturday (busiest time) and was immediately out on the sales floor selling products that I hadn't been trained to sell.
