      Pros

      Interesting job, not terribly much down time. Plenty of good guys work at Finish Line at all levels in the company.

      Cons

      Finish Line's redundancy policy does not allow store managers to let poor employees go, so plenty of employees abuse teh system and collect pay cheques without doing any work

      Pros

      coordination between salesfloor and backroom is really good. small location so knowing all the stock isn't that difficult.

      Cons

      training is not very thorough so it's better if you have prior retail experience.
