Pros
Salaries and bonus program are very good for management. Amazing people to work with. The discount is very good. Technology has been updated and is among the best you'll find in the industry. Upper management is easy to get ahold of and will listen to whatever you have to say. Flexible scheduling. Fast paced environment makes the day go by quickly. Free shoes and other items from vendors from time to time.
Cons
Long/Late hours at the worst times (Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Morning after Christmas), always expect to be the last store to leave the mall on these days. Customer service and presentation expectations are not realistic given the always declining labor budget.
