Salary and Bonus structure can be great if staff is good Solid company doing good business technologically advanced

HR department makes it hard to get rid off bad employees HR department also shows no trust and value in managers You must kiss up and your promotion is solely based in you District Managers hands/ while they have an agenda that is their interest - not yours
