      team atmosphere, friendly customers. love the discount on sneakers and the insight that was gathered by vendor representatives.

      Cons

      upper management is disrespectful, they single you out and target you when they want you out of the company, district managers do not support struggling store managers or rookie managers. Pay is not worth the hours.
