Positive environment, flexible schedule, holidays off, incredible patent base and even better coworkers!!

Small business so there aren't as many benefits available as a corporate job would have but the environment more than makes up for it!

What do you think about my review for FLW - Management (more specifically the owner/operator Dr. James Midboe). Because I know the management team at FLW/FLC will attempt to remove this or will go through extreme lengths to figure out the identity of those writing these reviews, I will be as vague as possible. Dr. James is a very suave and charming individual. This is dangerous as most of his employees are women (this was said to be intentional). He has a repeated track history of gaslighting employees, obvious inappropriate relations with patients and subordinates, verbal abuse to employees (even after workplace hours), lack of personal responsibility (blaming others versus himself), and inconsistent policies and unrealistic expectations. The owner/operator is 100% the reason why FLW/FLW is a toxic work environment. Don't just take my word for it. During the year that I've been employed at FLW/FLW, there has been dozens of turnovers throughout all departments. Dr. James rarely practices what he preaches and will sacrifice his morals and values if it gets him more money. Having worked with other wellness practitioners, I can definitively say that you will find better, long term treatment programs with the 2-3 nearby wellness offices than you will with Dr. James’ clinic.
