Pros
- Work/Life balance is good, people are generally friendly - Interesting product and technology that has won awards - Pretty good spectrum of people/talents - Plenty to learn
Cons
- No career growth - Company culture is poor. On boarding of new employees is dismal. - Keeps you busy working on things usually based on the whims of management - First and last job for some. This means diversity of experience isn't there and it shows. - People/talents sometimes kept like trophies in cupboard
