      Pros

      The product is the best in market, we hire great people, and our founders are not only exceptional at what they do but genuine good people who have fostered an awesome culture.

      Cons

      Working fully remote is mostly a great benefit but not being able to meet up with coworkers is a bummer.

      Pros

      Significant individual autonomy, I feel my perspective is really valued, and fun challenges.

      Cons

      The product is taking a bit of time to catch up to the demands of enterprise clients. Hiring has been a big challenge due to (mostly) macro trends, but this leaves teams under resourced.
