Pros
- Allowance for meal and transport - Bonus - Free parking - workplace is not in a commercial area - Performance incentive - company trips etc - Not in city center, jam-free commute - Okay colleagues.
Cons
- Under-motivated individuals with different ideals, not committed to solving work issues. People hired are next to useless esp for a team that is vital for solving bugs. - Favoritism. Some teams are prioritized as opposed to the rest. - Managers who push the blame on others for their incompetence - Notorious COO thrives on finding fault with her employees. Does some false PR to give off a nice aura but everyone knows she's faking it out of insecurity.
