Pros
Leaving it behind and moving on to a company that treats people with respect.
Cons
They will suck you in with free health insurance but you'll quickly discover it's not worth it. Their awards for being a great place to work are a joke! Free ice cream or coffee once a month does not replace fair impartial treatment. The company looks good from far away but once on the inside it is a hot mess of sexism, micromanaging and being treated like complete crap (example use PTO for a hurricane or go into work). There is no communication between departments which made it feel like we weren't one company. That extended to the holidays where instead of one big company celebration each area had their own. They put profit before people and while I understand it's a business there needs to be a balance.
