Pros

Some good hard-working employees. Constant turn over creates room for advancement that you won’t see at another company. Positive reviews here are questionable at best. Note great reviews seem to immediately follow the bad.

Cons

Highly incompetent, unqualified leadership. Positions given as a result of relationships with CEO rather than actual qualification, experience or merit.. The negative effects can be seen everywhere and is felt throughout the ranks. Management is somehow blind to the levels of incompetence or the toll it takes on the business. Employee churn is a huge issue. Many solid employees have left (or are looking to leave) and the company seems oblivious to the reasons why or the hard and soft costs of the constant turn over. Pay range is well below market value and management encourages a burn out, work all the time, take no vacation culture.

Pros

-Compensation, health benefits, equity and unlimited PTO are great -Work computer and systems work well -Culture and values are celebrated, despite being a remote company. -They give you gift cards for a monthly lunch, birthday, and work anniversary. --There is also a team-building activity every quarter which is exciting. -My direct manager is a servant leader and helps out his team. My teammate is also wonderful and we work together well. -If you are putting in the effort to help out the team and company, you will be celebrated and commended -Town Hall meeting once a month builds understanding around company objectives and other HR-related materials -Department team meetings, including reviewing goals in 1:1s help navigate what you should be working on -Management is open to listening to ideas and feedback -Lots of learning opportunities around the B2B payments space

Cons

-Startup or scale-up life isn't always the best fit for everyone. There are always growing pains that come along with that factor. Finding the right mix of passionate people, who have industry knowledge, to stay and lead within the organization is not always easy to find, but it can be done.

Pros

Compensation - I guess, not much else.

Cons

Micro management, zero track record of successful sales, HIGH churn rate. 1 small sale in all of 2025 - niche product, not widely needed in the market place.
