Pros

Nice people to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable co-workers, Some health benefits and company profit sharing plan.

Cons

Management does not set up you to succeed. Every your step is micromanaged. Unrealistic goals and no transparency from the management. Poor training. People assigned a tasks that they have not trained for. Toxic work environment and management does not appreciate your hard work. Two team leaders drove out two entire teams with their micromanagement, intimidation, and harassment, while upper management stood and HR stood idly up.

Pros

Get involvement with top level management, coupled with exposure to all practices of business. Relatively flexible schedule. Extremely nice people at all locations. Senior consultants are very willing to spend time teaching you what you need to know and are open to questions. The company clearly puts effort into their intern program.

Cons

The internship position is not an outward facing position. Projects depending on department can become monotonous, that being said it was an internship. Occasionally there is a lack of work. It is often difficult to finish projects because consultants are constantly traveling or are located in a different office.
