      A distributed team, ability to work remotely, freedom to make decisions. Most of the co-workers are nice and smart.

      Cons

      Average payment, stressful, some of the co-workers are rude and not educated, some just non-respectful.

      The dev team is amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Just the remote has its negatives, of not seeing people you work with. They don't organize meetups that often. maybe once a year.
