      Pros

      People at Findasense is amazing, there's no doubt about it and for some positions there's schedule flexibility and WFH is an option too.

      Cons

      They don't even know what they want. No, they do. They want the best from you and even more for two cents. Wages are really, really LOW. And the worst part of it, there's no growth at all (at least for most of us). No training, no clear goals, most of the people is unprepared for their jobs and there are no much senior profiles to look up to. Putting aside the people, it seems like a waste of time.

      Pros

      Great team members. You learn a lot. Work from home. Health Insurance. Cobee flexible retribution.

      Cons

      Chaos. Lack of resources. Sales obsession with no team to assume the new projects. Peer review is mandatory and monthly review's results are never paired with decision making or actions behind them. It's like no one wonders why people leave, or complaints are dismissed. Absent or poor top management.
