      You get to learn the industry workflow and at the same time work on challenging problems. Your views are taken into consideration for building a feature or a business logic. The work-time is flexible and they consider the issues solved rather than the time taken.

      Cons

      The pay is considerably low but since it is a growing start-up, the learning and collaborative decisions overcome this.

      Pros

      There is no such thing as an employee here, feel like working with a bunch of friends. Still, we would be motivated to do things in time and with the best results. I started with very little experience, and I was given so many opportunities to work on, which results in unconscious learning and skill development . Candidates who love working in a startup will definitely love the experience here. Special mention to the founders who are really friendly and motivating.
