Honestly, I can't think of any real cons about working at FindMeCure. The team is supportive, the leadership is approachable, and the projects are exciting and meaningful.

Growing and impactful global business, very smart and ambitious founders, great product and technology. Strong and motivated team. Company culture is a very nice mix of focus on results and enjoying the process, strong principles and flexibility.

Company enters scale-up phase, moves fast, some things change on the go (without chaos though). Office policy (which is fine by me). It's still a quite small team.
