Pros
There are some interesting projects across several industries. Rapidly growing company and expanding globally. It is a company full of good persons.
Cons
No training and no attention to employee welfare (for example tickets restaurants are ridiculously low). Despite the size, it is still a "family" company, where important decisions, at the end, are always taken by the big boss.
