- diverse international colleagues - flat hierarchy and open feedback culture between colleagues and to management - you gain knowledge in asset management and tech/ventures product management fast (if you're a motivated person) - Good work-life balance. Some people likes to complain, but in 2019-2020 it's actually not that bad. You might have to work late sometimes for product launches and deadlines, but you can be smart and reduce your hours on other days to compensate.

- lack of transparency in the salary range, job-titles, and Kurzarbeit decisions (2020-2021) - higher risk of pay-gap for non-German colleagues (2019-2021) - lack of clarity in company goals & business focus - lack of management experience (depending on your Team Lead, you might get good mentorship and support, or nothing at all)
