More than pros cons will help others why to not join this company
1.You treated not as employees
2.No fair pay.
3.The employer is not an employer instead he is big manipulator, at your beginning he exaggerate all good things about him and company once you join u will know the reality
4.The Employer is a big dictator.
5.He often thinks himself as a good leader but he doesn't even know how to treat people.
6.He is growing because of employees but he doesn't want to give them credits instead he gives them mental pressure,work load,extra hours,no pay and many more even health issues at some cases.
Finally to all who want to join career even it takes time to get a job .wait!!!! But don't join here.
