Good location, good communication between employees. Good customers
Cons
Outsource Company Low Salary for each segment of workers and it won't change during the working period. Nobody measure the personnel performances by objective data. Only management defines the performance so Salary rise rate is not fair. Overtime works are often but they do not pay the wage for this work. Incompetent management team, Only cares profitability. Nobody cares employees or employee satisfaction Estimations are never come true on time. Customers are very disappointed for delivery times.
