Pros
Being quite new startup, they didn't have much tech stack in-place right now and still building, making it playground for those who wants to make a lot of improvement here and there
Cons
With the "sea" itself also quite new (open finance) and with the recently (Jul 2022) layoff event, the company (at least) now is in an unstable state
