Pros
There are a handful of good, decent, hard working people at this company. Unfortunately, they are the kind of employees who fear leaving and venturing outside their comfort zone so they stay here; miserably.
Cons
The moral of the personnel is abysmal. Programmers and developers are forced to work over time, Saturdays, Sundays, and even holidays on some occasions to keep their jobs. Developers and programmers are working on software that is antiquated forcing them to continue coding in outdated technology. Talking, laughing and just communicating with peers is frowned upon; thus the terrible moral. The owner is an anal retentive control freak who uses fear in running his company. The pay here is astoundingly low, with some employees not receiving raises in 2-3 years.
