Worst Employer! - Anonymous employee Financial One Accounting Employee Review

VP has "favorites" and if you are not one of them, forget it! She treats most employees with COMPLETE disrespect. She is first to put blame on any employee that she can to cover errors or poor decisions that she has made. The VP also has created an environment where most employees walk on eggshells. She fires employees on a whim without ANY prior disciplinary action. Even if you have an exemplary review, if she doesn't like you, do not expect to be employed here long. Being an employer that primarily hires women, there is FAR too much unproductive gossip going on throughout the day. They very seldom promote from within, making for a hostile work environment as new hires begin. Many of these new hires are FAR less qualified then current employees who have expressed an interest in being promoted.
