Cons

1. If you are a good/fast/efficient worker then your only reward is doing other people’s work. 2. You are not allowed 2- 15 min breaks.. 3. You are micromanaged beyond your imagination 4. Fairly low pay for the amount of work 5. No room for growth unless you move to sales 6. Numerous people were let go without any previous ... I mean any.. previous discussions on performance 7. You are worked to the bone 8. You are not allowed to be 1 min late.. yet you work 10 hr days at times 9. No sick time.. limited vacation

Financial Independence Group Response

We are sorry that your experience did not match our intention of being an enjoyable place to work for everyone. During busy times, we do our best to give ample notice when overtime is needed. As part of our robust benefits package we offer all of our employees 40 hours of Personal time + the accrual of at least 15 days per year of PTO. We encourage all employees to reach out to HR to address any concerns they have to continue to make our company a great one.
