Amazing culture and people. Leadership really does care about its employees. The company is always striving to do better for the employees. Generous benefit program, a supportive work environment and management, flexible work (hybrid and remote options), lots of learning & development opportunities and a great culture make FH a wonderful place to work. Employee engagement surveys rate FH consistently above 80% satisfaction and with over 80% participation. The company listens to the staff and takes action when issues are raised. FH has also done wonderful things with diversity and inclusion and now also focusing on mental health strategy. Cant say enough good things about the company.

No company is perfect and would like to see more opportunities for sales and ops and shared services to collaborate to eliminate any us versus them optics.
