Since the first day I was warned to leave - Customer Service Associate Financial Guidance Center Employee Review

Monthly meetings, supervisors refuse to do their job and when the customers get mad its our fault. Everyone tells you to quit as soon as you start there was only 2 cool people there the class teacher and the loan lady for wish every one else was petty I mean I have always worked for call centers but this is not a good place. I cant speak for 211 but FGC was bad and insurance is almost half your paycheck because they dont pay much shared toilet for all employees...gross. Everyone is always nit picking. Dont recommend. Working fast food is more respectful. Im dead serious please dont work here. Its a death sentence to your career and life.
