      Sorry, but I cannot provide any pros for working at this agency other than you get paid on time. There are no additional positive attributes for this agency.

      Cons

      The leadership is chaotic, unprofessional and has no respect for staff. More importantly, there is no professional courtesy or integrity from management.

      Excellent Benefits for long-term full-time employees. 401K Match/Employer Paid Dental&Vision Insurance/HMO or PPO Health Insurance choice/Monthly earning of PTO/Paid Holidays. 5 day work week. Good Hours of Operation.

      Pros

      The services they offer are actually worth it for the average client. Most of it is free and there are a few (1or 2) employees that genuinely care about the product provided to the community.

      Cons

      drama dram drama. I have never seen this level of unsupportive coworker relationships. Made me think back to high school she said she said.
