      Some level of exposure to research.

      Cons

      Everything is wrong with the organisation. The CEO is the sole decision maker. Needless to say, if you fall out of favour, he'd go out of his way to frustrate you everyday!! Staff welfare is non existent and staff bullying is a normal by management staff who do not know their left from their right.
